经鼻间歇正压通气模式对极低出生体质量早产儿呼吸暂停综合征的影响 被引量:1

Effect of the nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation on apnea syndrome in very low birth weight premature infants

摘要 目的探讨经鼻间歇正压通气模式对极低出生体质量早产儿呼吸暂停综合征的影响。方法选取浙江省余姚市人民医院2014年11月~2016年5月收治的极低出生体质量早产儿呼吸暂停综合征患儿72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各组36例。对照组给予咖啡因治疗,观察组给予经鼻间歇正压通气模式联合咖啡因治疗。观察2组临床治疗效果,并比较治疗前、治疗1d、治疗3d血氧分压、血二氧化碳分压、pH值。结果观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗1d、3d血氧分压、血二氧化碳分压、pH值改善情况比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论经鼻间歇正压通气模式治疗极低出生体重早产呼吸暂停综合征患儿效果显著。 Objective To explore the effect of nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation mode on apnea syndrome in very low birth weight premature infants.Methods72cases with very low birth weight premature infant apnea syndrome from November2014to May2016in Yuyao people's hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36cases in each group.The control group were given caffeine,the observation group was given nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation mode combined with caffeine.The effect in the two groups was observed and the blood oxygen partial pressure,blood Carbon dioxide partial pressure and pH value were compared before treatment,one day and three days after treatment.Results The effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood oxygen partial pressure,blood Carbon dioxide partial pressure and pH value one day and three days after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation on the treatment of very low birth weight premature apnea syndrome is remarkable.
