冷凝胶对强脉冲光术后热损伤修复作用的临床观察

目的观察冷凝胶对强脉冲光治疗后热损伤的皮肤修复作用。方法用强脉冲光治疗30例面部敏感性皮肤的患者,术前以冷凝胶外敷。于治疗前、治疗后即刻以及治疗后半小时观察皮肤反应并记录自觉症状评分,用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪检测紫外线色素斑、棕色斑、红色区百分比。结果强脉冲光治疗术后即刻皮肤出现轻度红斑,无色素沉着,皮肤有灼热感,皮肤VISIA检测斑点、红色区特征计数与术前相比差异明显,术后半小时再观察皮肤红斑明显消退,灼热感减轻,VISIA检测红色区特征计数与术前相比无明显差异。结论冷凝胶能有效缓解强脉冲光术后红斑现象。

Objective Observe the repair function of cold gel on the skin repair after intense pulse light therapy.Methods30patients with facial sensitive skin was applied cold the gel and accepted the intense pulse light treatment.To observe the skin response and record the scores of self-conscious symptoms after treatment,immediate treatment and half an hour after treatment.Use the VISIA skin image analyzer to detect the percentage of uv pigment spot,brown spot and red area.Results After the treatment of intense pulsed light,the skin with mild erythema,without pigmentation,and thermal sensation.Use the VISIA skin image analyzer detect the spot,red zone,the feature count is significantly different from the preoperative time.The skin erythema was observed and the heat was reduced after half an hour of the treatment.The VISIA skin image analyzer showed that there was no significant difference between the red zone feature count and the preoperative time.Conclusions The cold gel can alleviate erythema after intense pulse light.
