积雪苷片联合超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗痤疮后瘢痕疗效探析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究积雪苷片联合超脉冲二氧化碳(CO_2)点阵激光治疗痤疮后瘢痕疗效。方法将2015年1月~2017年1月间收治的96例痤疮后瘢痕患者采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组48例。2组均行超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗,研究组加用积雪苷片。观察2组临床疗效,评估2组治疗前后体征变化[温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)]得分,记录2组不良反应和患者满意度。结果 (1)治疗4个月后,研究组较对照组疗效良好率和患者总满意率高(P<0.05)、不良反应发生率低(P<0.05);(2)治疗4月后,2组VSS得分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组降幅较对照组大(P<0.05)。结论积雪苷片辅助超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗痤疮后瘢痕安全性和有效性均较好。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Jixuegan Tablet combined with super-pulsed carbon dioxide(CO2)fractional laser in the treatment of acne scar.Methods96patients with acne scar treated from January2015to January2017were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,48cases in each group.The2groups were treated with super-pulsed CO2fractional laser,and the study group was additionally treated with Jixuegan Tablet.The clinical curative effect was observed,and changes in physical signs[(Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score]before and after treatment in the2groups were evaluated.Adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of the2groups were recorded.Results After4months of treatment,the excellent and good rate of curative effect and the total satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After4months of treatment,VSS scores were decreased in2groups(P<0.05),and the decrease in study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jixuegan Tablet combined with super-pulsed CO2fractional laser is safe and effective in the treatment of acne scars.
