口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位效果及对牙齿功能的影响

Orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease caused by displacement of anterior tooth and influence on tooth function

目的探讨牙周病致前牙移位患者采用口腔正畸治疗临床效果。方法选择牙周病致牙前移位患者100例,均为我院2014年9月-2016年9月收治,随机分组为常规治疗(对照组,n=50)与口腔正畸治疗(观察组,n=50)。结果观察组患者中显效42例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率为100%。对照组选择患者中,显效25例,有效17例,无效8例,总有效率为84%,具统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖、出血指数情况均明显好转;美观功能、固定功能、咀嚼功能、舒适功能评分均明显高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对于牙周病致前牙移位的患者,采用口腔正畸方案治疗,可显著提高临床总有效率、还原牙齿美观度、改善口腔功能、对加快口腔健康恢复意义显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontal disease caused by anterior tooth displacement.Methods100patients with periodontal disease caused by periodontal disease were selected.All of them were treated in our hospital from September2014to September2016and were randomly divided into two groups:conventional treatment(control group n=50)and oral orthodontic treatment Observation group n=50).Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was100%.In the control group,the total effective rate was84%(P<0.05).The condition of periodontal bag depth,anterior tooth coverage and bleeding index in the observation group were significantly improved.The aesthetic function,fixed function,chewing function and comfortable function were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical treatment of patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal diseases treated with orthodontic treatment can significantly improve the total effective rate of the clinic restore the aesthetic appearance of the teeth and improve oral function which has a significant significance in accelerating the recovery of oral health.
