Appraisal of Export Dangerous Goods Packaging in the New Situation of Inspection and Quarantine Reform Countermeasures and Suggestions

当前检验检疫面临着重大改革,国家质检总局相继出台了一系列促进进出口贸易便利化的措施,出口危险品包装的鉴定如何既确保质量安全又顺应检验检疫改革的新形势成为新的话题。本文着重研究了出口危险品包装使用鉴定的现状、存在的问题,分析提出了出口危险品包装使用鉴定的对策建议。

At the present,inspection and quarantine is facing a major reform,the national quality inspection administration had issued a series measures to promote the facilitation of import and export trade.It has become a new topic that how to ensure the quality and safety of the export dangerous cargo packages’identification,and make it conform to the new situation of the inspection and quarantine reform in the meantime.This paper mainly studies the present situation and problems in the use appraisal of dangerous cargo packages,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the use appraisal of export dangerous cargo packages.
