可降解缓冲包装材料研究进展综述

Degradable Foaming Material and Its Application in Cushion Packaging

目的为缓解传统包装废弃物对环境造成的压力,开发绿色可降解的发泡材料是主要方向,本文总结了可用于缓冲包装的可降解发泡材料,旨在为新型包装材料的研发提供一定的参考依据。方法总结了几种可降解发泡材料的发泡方法,包括挤出发泡法,加热发泡法和溶液发泡法,详细阐述了每种发泡方法的原理及技术改进手段;介绍了可降解发泡材料的应用现状,辨析了各种材料的优点和存在的问题。结论虽然可降解发泡材料发展迅速,但目前各类材料均存在一定的缺陷,应进一步加大研究力度,提高性能,以便能更好地运用到实际生产中。

In order to reduce the impact of traditional packaging waste on the environment,developing green biodegradable foam materials is the main direction.This article summarizes the biodegradable foam materials that can be used to cushion packaging,aiming to provide a reference for developing new packaging materials.This paper introduces the foaming methods of several kinds of biodegradable materials,including extrusion foaming,heating foaming and solution foaming.Moreover,this paper also elaborates the principle and the ways of technical improvement for each foaming method,including the present application of biodegradable foaming materials,and their advantages and disadvantages.Despite of the rapid development of biodegradable foam materials,there still exist some drawbacks.More efforts should be placed to improve the performance of those materials,so that they can be better put into use in the future.
