摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定食品接触用不锈钢中锰的迁移量,分析了该方法测定过程中的不确定度来源,并计算了各标准不确定度分量,以及合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,工作曲线拟合引起的不确定分量是影响锰迁移量测定不确定度的主要原因。
The contents of migrated Mn element in stainless steel intended to come into contact with foodstuffs were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The uncertainty sources in process of measurement are analyzed.The component standard uncertainty,combined uncertainty and expanded standard uncertainty are calculated.The results showed that the leading reason influencing the determination uncertainty was caused by the uncertainty of the calibration curve.
