摘要
设计充气包装仿真平台,并在充臭氧包装中实际应用。分析充气包装控制流程,得出仿真平台的功能要素,利用MCGS组态环境相关功能设计仿真平台的图形界面、数据定义链接和脚本程序的编写。所设计的充气包装仿真平台能够按照充气包装控制功能需求运行实现。为MCGS组态软件教学提供了案例。实践证明可提高充气包装的控制效率和可控性,利用该控制系统对杭椒与切片莲藕进行充臭氧包装,其货架寿命期较常规充填方法延长2-3天。
Inflatable packaging simulation platform is designed,and practical application in the ozone filling packaging.The control process of inflatable packaging is analysed,the function of the simulation platform is concluded,the graphical interface of simulation platform is designed,data definition links and writing of the script by MCGS configuration environment related functions.Inflatable packaging design by simulation platform is able to run on the demand of the inflatable packaging control function.The teaching cases is provided for MCGS configuration software,the control efficiency of inflatable packaging and controllability is proved by practice,shelf-life period extended2-3days than the conventional packing methods using the control system for hangzhou pepper and sliced lotus root filling packaging of ozone.
