摘要
制备以纳米CaCO_3和纳米SiO_2为防滑粒料的复合涂布型防滑纸,并对其性能进行研究。分别采用硬脂酸钠和KH570改性纳米CaCO_3和纳米SiO_2,以改性后的纳米CaCO_3和纳米SiO_2为防滑粒料、水性聚氨酯为防滑树脂、甘油为增塑剂,采用溶融共混法制备复合涂布型防滑纸,并对其性能进行评价。结果表明,当纳米SiO_2与纳米CaCO_3质量比为1:7,防滑粒料含量为6wt%,甘油含量为2wt%,干燥温度为70℃时,复合型防滑纸静摩擦系数为0.802,且最适的贮存环境为相对湿度90%,温度10℃。
To prepare the composite non-slip paper with nano-CaCO3and nano-SiO2which were selected as non-slip particles and study its properties.Nano-CaCO3and nano-SiO2were modified by sodium stearate and KH570respectively.Then,the modified nano-CaCO3and nano-SiO2were used as nonslip particles,waterborne polyurethane as non-slip resin and glycerol as plasticizer.The composite coating non-slip paper was prepared through melt blending method,and its performance was evaluated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of nano-SiO2to nano-CaCO3was1:7,the content of nonslip particles was6wt%,the content of glycerol was2wt%and the dry temperature was70℃,the static friction coefficient of the composite non-slip paper was0.802.The optimum storage environment was that relative humidity was90%RH and the temperature was10℃.
