观察埋针结合中药治疗小儿多发性抽动症的效果

Treating multiple tics in TCM

目的:观察埋针结合中药治疗小儿多发性抽动症的效果。方法:选取我院2016年3-10月收治的60例小儿多发性抽动症患儿,以随机分配为原则分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患儿给予中药治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上给予埋针治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组患儿,差异明显(P<0.05),具备统计学意义;两组患者YGTSS评分差异较小(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:埋针结合中药治疗小儿多动性抽动症具有良好的临床疗效,能有效提高患儿的各项能力,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on multiple tics.Methods:60patients were divided into2groups,30cases for each.The control group was given TCM medicine;and the observation group was given acupuncture more.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).YGTSS scores between groups showed no siginificant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM on multiple tics shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
