针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症98例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 98 cases of stroke sequelae by acupuncture plus rehabilitation training

目的:探讨分析脑中风后遗症患者采用针灸联合康复训练治疗的临床疗效。方法:将我院2013年9月-2016年9月收治的98例脑中风后遗症患者根据抽签的方式随机分为治疗组(49例,联合采用针灸和康复训练治疗)和对照组(49例,仅仅采用常规的康复训练治疗),利用神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)、生活能力评分量表(ADL)评估两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损情况以及日常生活活动能力,对比分析两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后NIHSS评分、ADL评分变化情况。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率达到98.0%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为73.5%,治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分相对于治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),ADL评分均显著升高(P<0.05),但治疗组患者治疗后改善幅度相对于对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸和康复训练联合治疗脑中风后遗症患者可达到良好的治疗效果,不仅可有效改善神经功能缺损状况,也可有效提高患者日常生活能力,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on stroke sequelae.Methods:98cases from september2013to September2016were randomly divided into the treatment group(49cases,received acupuncture plus rehabilitation training)and control group(49cases,took conventional rehabilitation training).The neurological deficits scale and the living ability score were applied to evaluate the neurological deficits and the activities of daily living in both groups before and after treatment.Results:The total efficiency was98%in the treatment group and73.5%in the control group,with a statistical significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The scores of NIHSS in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);and ADL scores in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),with a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can achieve a good therapeutic effect on stroke sequelae,improve the neurological deficit and the daily life ability of patients,with high application value in clinical practice.
