齐刺配合刃针松解治疗瘀滞型第三腰椎横突综合征临床观察

Clinical observation on treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome of the Yuzhi type by Qi-acupuncture plus knife-needle lysis

目的:观察齐刺配合刃针松解治疗瘀滞型第三腰椎横突综合征疗效。方法:选取中医辨证分型为气滞血瘀型的第三腰椎横突综合征64例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各32例,治疗组直接取阿是穴(即第三腰椎横突尖),采用十二刺的齐刺法,配合刃针切割、分离炎性软组织治疗,对照组使用常规针灸治疗。结果:对照组的有效率(65.63%)低于治疗组的有效率(90.63%),治疗组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:齐刺配合刃针松解治疗瘀滞型第三腰椎横突综合征疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qi-acupuncture with knife-needle lysis on third lumbar transverse process syndrome of the Yuzhi type.Methods:64cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,32cases in each group.The treatment group took Qi-acupuncture with knife-needle lysis.The control group received conventional acupuncture.Results:The total efficiency was65.63%in the control group,and lower than90.63%in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-acupuncture with knife-needle lysis on third lumbar transverse process syndrome is effective.
