中西医结合治疗老年慢性心衰

Treating elderly chronic heart failure in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨分析老年慢性心衰患者采用中西医结合方法治疗的临床效果。方法:根据不同治疗方案将2014年1月-2015年12月期间在我院就诊的60例老年慢性心衰患者随机分为治疗组(30例,西医治疗基础上配合活血利水方加减治疗)和对照组(30例,纯西医治疗),将两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后心功能指标变化情况进行对比分析。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率(93.33%)相对于对照组(76.67%)显著偏高(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组。两组患者治疗后CO、SV、LVEF以及6min步行试验等指标相对于治疗前均有所升高(P<0.05),但是治疗组患者治疗后上述各项心功能指标变化更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性心衰患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果较为理想,不仅可有效改善患者临床症状,同时也有利于患者心功能尽快恢复,临床推广应用价值较高。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on elderly chronic heart failure.Methods:60patients were divided into2groups,30cases for each.The control group was given western medicine treatment simply;and the treatment group was given TCM therapy more.Efficiency and heart function index in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency was93.3%in the treatment group,higher than76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CO,SV,LVEF and6min walk test in two groups were improved,and those in the treatment group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on elderly chronic heart failure shows a good effect.
