平喘固本汤合补肺汤治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of the Pingchuan Guben decoction plus the Bufei decoction on COPD of the Feishen Qixu type

目的:探讨肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者应用平喘固本汤合补肺汤治疗的临床价值。方法:选取我院2014年8月-2016年8月收治的肺肾气虚型COPD患者82例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予平喘固本汤合补肺汤治疗。观察两组患者效果及肺功能变化。结果:观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为92.68%、75.61%,观察组显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者肺功能指标无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后均有改善,观察组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC同对照组比较,明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺肾气虚型COPD患者应用平喘固本汤合补肺汤治疗,效果确切,可有效缓解症状,改善肺功能,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Pingchuan Guben decoction plus the Bufei decoction on COPD of the Feishen Qixu type.Methods:82patients were divided into2groups.The control group was given the western medicine;and the observation group was given the Pingchuan Guben decoction plus the Bufei decoction more.Efficiency and lung function change in groups were observed.Results:The total efficiency was92.68%in the observation group,better than75.61%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Pingchuan Guben decoction plus the Bufei decoction on COPD of the Feishen Qixu type shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
