温阳利水益气活血法治疗心肾综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating CRS by the Wenyang Lishui Yiqi Huoxue therapy

目的:探讨温阳利水益气活血法治疗心肾综合征的临床效果。方法:随机选择2013年3月-2016年3月我院收治的扩张型心肌病心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者80例作为研究对象,并在西药治疗基础之上予以温阳利水益气活血法治疗,分析患者治疗前后心肾功能指标。结果:治疗后,患者CRP、左室内径、心胸比率、射血分数以及脑钠素等指标均得到显著改善,对比治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前血肌酐、血尿酸以及尿素氮指标与治疗后7d、14d比较,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温阳利水益气活血法疗法治疗心肾综合征,疗效显著、确切。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Wenyang Lishui Yiqi Huoxue therapy on cardiorenal syndrome.Methods:From March2013to March2016,80patients were enrolled,and received the Wenyang Lishui Yiqi Huoxue therapy.Results:After treatment,the levels of CRP,left ventricular diameter,cardiothoracic ratio,ejection fraction and brain natriuretic peptide were significantly improved,and there was a significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine,serum uric acid and urea nitrogen were significantly different from those before treatment and at7days and14days after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wenyang Lishui Yiqi Huoxue therapy on cardiorenal syndrome was effective.
