中西医结合治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎肺功能变化与临床疗效的研究

Treating lung function changes of infant bronchitis in the integrative medicine

目的:对中西医结合治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎肺功能变化进行研究并总结出有效的临床经验。方法:选取我院2015年7月-2016年10月收治的婴幼儿毛细支气管炎肺功能变化患儿273例,随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组患儿137例,对照组患儿136例。研究组选用中西医联合治疗,对照组选用西医治疗。结果:研究组患儿的治疗效果明显高于对照组患儿,并且病情复发率小于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

Objective:To study the effects of the integrative medicine on pulmonary function in infants with bronchiolitis.Methods:273cases in our hospital from July2015to October2016were randomly divided into two groups.The study group of137cases were treated in the integrative medicine;136cases in the control group were treated in Western medicine.Results:Clinical effects in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group;and the recurrence in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).
