蒙药额尔敦-乌日勒治疗脑梗死的疗效研究

Effects of Eerdun-Wurile on cerebral infarction

目的:研究蒙药额尔-敦乌日勒对于脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法:选取于内蒙古民族大学附属医院就医的90例脑梗死患者,随机划分为对照组、实验组,各45例。其中对照组患者服用常规治疗药物,实验组给予常规药物加额尔敦-乌日勒治疗,治疗周期为3个月,结束后对两个组别的治疗效果进行比较。结果:经过治疗,相较于对照组,实验组NIHSS评分更低,且总有效率更高。对照组显效、有效、无效、恶化分别有15例、24例、5例、1例。实验组显效、有效、无效、恶化分别有27例、16例、2例、0例。经过CMH卡方检验后可知P≤0.05,差异有统计学意义。

Objective:To study the effects of Eerdun-Wurile on cerebral infarction.Methods:90patients were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,45cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional medicine.Th experimental group was treated with Eerdun-Wurile more,for3months.Results:Compared with the control group,the NIHSS score was lower and the total efficiency was higher in the experimental group.In the control group,the number of remarkable effective,effective,ineffective,deterioration were15cases,24cases,5cases,1case separately;and those in the experimental group were27cases,16cases,2cases,0cases,P≤0.05,with a statistically significant difference.
