探讨中医四位一体疗法急性脑梗塞治疗中的效果

Efficacy of TCM four in one therapy on acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察中医四位一体疗法在中风急性脑梗塞患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:以我院2016年1-6月期间收治的60例急性脑梗塞患者资料作为研究样本,采用平行随机抽样法将其分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组给予常规抗血小板治疗,观察组在此治疗的基础上应用中医四位一体疗法,对比两组的疗效与神经功能缺损程度。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医四位一体疗法在急性脑梗塞治疗中的效果明显优于单纯的西医治疗,能够明显改善患者神经功能缺损程度。

Objective:To observe the application effect of four in one therapy on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60cases were divided into the observation group and the control group,30cases in each group.The control group was given conventional antiplatelet therapy;the observation group took TCM four in one therapy more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was93.33%,significantly higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Neural function defect score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM four in one therapy on acute cerebral infarction is more effective,by significantlly improving neurological impairment.
