中西医结合治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹32例

Treating 32 cases of peripheral facial paralysis in the integrative medicine

目的:介绍中西医结合治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹的经验。方法:中医治疗方法有针灸、推拿、物理治疗、中药汤剂等,西医治疗方法有利巴韦林、甲钴胺、甲强龙、胞磷胆碱钠、维生素B1等。治疗10d为一个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治愈29例,显效2例,无效1例,总有效率为96.88%。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿周围性面神经麻痹疗效显著。

Objective:To introduce the experience on treating peripheral facial paralysis in the integrative medicine.Methods:TCM methods include acupuncture,massage,physical therapy,TCM medicine and so on;the western medicines include ribavirin,mecobalamin,methylprednisolone,citicoline sodium,vitamin B1and so on.All patients were treated for10days as a course.Results:29cases were cured;2cases were markedly effective;1case was ineffective;the total efficiency was96.88%.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on peripheral facial paralysis in children shows a significant effect.
