桂枝茯苓丸的药理作用及其临床应用

The pharmacological action and clinical application of Guizhi Fuling Wan

桂枝茯苓丸始载于《金匮要略·妇人妊娠病脉证并治第二十》,桂枝温通,芍药和血养血,丹皮既能行血祛瘀,又能清瘀久所化之热,癥病瘀积既久,阻遏气机,津液输布失司,水湿停聚,桃仁、茯苓健脾渗利水湿,诸药合用,有养血温通,祛瘀利湿之功。桂枝茯苓丸最初为妇科经方,现临床应用不仅仅局限于妇科范畴,根据"异病同治"之理,凡病机治则切中,均可用本方化裁治疗,现对其现代药理作用和临床应用做一综述。

Guizhi Fuling Wan was found in Jingui Yaolue.Guizhi played the role of Wentong.The main ingredients were Guizhi,Shaoyao,Mudan,Taoren and Fuling;all medicine played the roles of Yangxue Wentong and Quyu Lishui.Guizhi Fuling Wan was applied in treating gynecology initially,then in other diseases,meaning treating different diseases with the same treatment.Now,the pharmacological action and clinical application of Guizhi Fuling Wan was reviewed.
