“邵氏阳虚哮喘贴”穴位敷贴防治支气管哮喘的临床疗效研究

An effective study on treating bronchial asthma by acupoint application of the Shao's poultice

目的:探讨"邵氏阳虚哮喘贴"穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年5-10月和2016年5-10月我院收治的36例采用"邵氏阳虚哮喘贴"穴位敷贴治疗的哮喘患者为观察组。另选取我院2015年5-10月和2016年5-10月采用舒利迭治疗的36例哮喘患者为对照组。比较两组治疗前后的中医症状积分、哮喘生活质量、肺功能、6min步行距离的变化,随访3个月记录病情发作情况。结果:观察组治疗后的中医症候积分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的FEV1、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的6min步行距离大于对照组,3个月内的发作次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"邵氏阳虚哮喘贴"穴位敷贴能够显著改善哮喘患者的临床症状和生活质量,提高患者的肺功能和运动耐力,减少发作,效果优于西药。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Shao's poultice on bronchial asthma.Methods:36cases received acupoint application of the Shao's poultice and were selected as the observation group.Another36cases took seretide and were selected as the control group.Results:The score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the life quality score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The6min walking distance in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the number of episodes was less than that in the control group within3months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of the Shao's poultice can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and life quality of asthma patients,improve the lung function and exercise tolerance,reduce the attack;the effect is better than western medicine.
