半夏泻心汤加味治疗消化性溃疡60例临床疗效观察

Observation on treating 60 cases of peptic ulcer with the Banxia Xiexin decoction

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加味对消化性溃疡黏膜的保护和修复作用。方法:收集2015年3月-2016年7月期间收治的60例门诊患者,分为两组,治疗组通过辨证运用半夏泻心汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组治愈19例,有效8例,无效3例(一患者服药3剂后,转入外院治疗,按无效计算),总有效率为90%;对照组治愈7例,有效14例,无效9例,总有效率为70%;治疗后临床主要症状严重程度积分比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃十二指肠溃疡疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the protective and repair effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on mucous embrane of patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:60cases were divided into two group.The treatment group was treated with the Banxia Xiexin decoction.Result:The treatment group,19cases were cured;8cases were effective;3cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was90%.In the control group,7cases were cured;14cases were effective;9cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was70%.The main clinical symptoms in treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Banxia Xiexin decoction on peptic ulcer shows a curative effect.
