分析周围性面瘫早期针灸配合穴位注射的治疗效果

A therapeutic effect analysis of treating peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture plus acupoint injection

目的:本次主要对周围性面瘫早期针灸配合穴位注射的治疗效果进行探究。方法;选取我院2014年11月-2016年11月收治并已确诊的早期周围性面瘫患者68例,依照所选患者入院就诊的编号进行平均分组,其中单号为参照组,双号为试验组,参照组单纯采取针灸治疗,试验组则在参照组治疗的前提下结合穴位注射治疗。对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率及满意度均高于参照组,P<0.05,各组间数据比较有明显差异,具备统计学意义。结论:针灸配合穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果较佳,患者满意度高,值得推广。

Objective:This study mainly focused on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture plus acupoint injection.Methods:68patients were divided into two groups.The reference group was treated by acupuncture alone;the test group took acupoints injection more.Results:The total efficiency and satisfaction in the test group were higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus acupoint injection for peripheral facial paralysis is better.
