摘要
目的:探讨运用中药治疗及护理干预对阿尔茨海默病(AD)即老年痴呆症的影响。方法:选取2010年1月-2014年1月在我院住院及门诊治疗的AD患者100例,应用中草药治疗及护理干预,分别在用药及护理后第8周、第16周、第24周进行ADAS-Cog(阿尔茨海默病评定量表)、MMSE(简易精神状态量表)和Blessed-Roth痴呆量表测定。结果:发放问卷并回收,采用SPSS 11.0进行统计分析,结果显示P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论:本研究能有效达到治疗和控制阿尔茨海默病的目的,值得临床应用、推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of TCM medicine plus nursing on AD.Methods:100cases were given TCM.ADASCog,MMSE and Blessed-Roth dementia scale were measured in treating and nursing for8weeks,16weeks and24weeks.Results:There were significant differences,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM can effectively achieve the purpose of treatment and control of Alzheimer’s disease,is worthy of application and promotion.
