中医定向透药疗法治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating LDH in TCM

目的:观察中医定向透药疗法治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将80例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分组,对照组采用消除神经根水肿、消炎镇痛治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医定向透药治疗,两组均治疗7d。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为87.5%,两组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组治疗后VAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医定向透药疗法治疗能明显缓解气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疼痛,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM directional transdermal therapy on lumbar disc herniation with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated by TCM therapy more than the control group.Results:The total effective rate was92.5%in the treatment group and87.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM treatment can obviously alleviate the pain of lumbar disc herniation of the Qizhi Xueyu type,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
