摘要
目的:观察中医综合治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将100例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用普通针刺治疗,治疗组在针刺基础上加用中药透药治疗,治疗5次后观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈显效率为74.0%,对照组治愈显效率为58.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗颈椎病临床疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of TCM comprehensive therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods:100cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,50cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture;the treatment group was treated with TCM medicine more.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was92.0%and80.0%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the cure rate was74.0%in the treatment group and58.0%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM comprehensive therapy on cervical spondylosis shows a remarkable effect.
