身痛逐瘀汤配合针刺治疗椎间盘突出的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating intervertebral disc protrusion by acupuncture plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction

目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺治疗椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将我院近年来收治的138例椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,所选患者被随机分为实验组(69例)和对照组(69例)。对照组患者给予针刺治疗,实验组患者给予身痛逐瘀汤联合针刺治疗,对比两组治疗效果的差异。结果:对照组治愈6例,显效41例,有效8例,无效14例,总有效率为79.7%。实验组治愈13例,显效42例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为97.1%。实验组临床效果要明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤配合针刺治疗椎间盘突出的临床效果要明显优于单一治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Shentong Zhuyu decoction plus acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:138patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(69cases)and control group(69cases).The patients in the experimental group were given acupuncture plus the shentong Zhuyu decoction.Results:The experimental group was cured in13cases,markedly effective in42cases,effective in12cases,ineffective in2cases;the total efficiency was97.1%.The clinical effect in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the Shentong Zhuyu decoction and acupuncture on the intervertebral disc herniation is better.
