自拟祛斑汤治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变60例临床观察

Observation on treating 60 cases of NNEDV with the Quban decoction

目的:讨论自拟祛斑汤加减治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法:收集外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组采取自拟祛斑汤加减治疗,对照组采用传统的西医外用药物治疗,治疗3个月后,分别统计两组患者的临床症状,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为63%,治疗组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:自拟祛斑汤加减治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变有较好的疗效。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of the Quban decoction on NNEDV.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30cases in each.The treatment group was treated with the Quban decoction;the control group was treated with traditional western medicine,for3months.Results:The total efficiency was90%in the treatment group,and better than63%in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of scores between groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Quban decoction on NNEDV shows a good effect.
