石油输送管道泄漏应急处置思考

Consideration on Emergency Treatment of Leakage in Petroleum Transportation Pipeline

石油输送管道如果发生泄漏的情况,造成资源浪费和环境污染,严重情况下发生火灾爆炸,造成人员伤亡。石油输送管道发生泄漏之后,应当采取各种应急处置措施,对泄漏事故进行安全、快速的处理,最大程度的减少损失和社会影响,避免发生恶性事件。本文对石油输送管道泄漏应急处置的原则进行阐述,并且对其前期准备工作进行介绍,对应急处置过程中的注意事项进行探究,为应急救援人员处置石油管道泄漏事故提供参考。

If the oil pipeline leakage occurs,resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution,serious cases of fire and explosion,causing casualties.After the leakage of petroleum pipeline,a variety of emergency measures should be taken to deal with the leakage accident safely and quickly,to minimize the loss and social impact,and to avoid the occurrence of malignant events.In this paper,the principle of oil pipeline leakage emergency treatment is expounded,and the preparatory work is introduced.The precautions during emergency disposal are explored,which can provide references for emergency rescue workers to dispose oil pipeline leakage accident.
