Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff of Chemical Engineering Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教师是保证教学质量的关键因素,要想培养出大批高素质、高技能型化工人才,就应该建设一支高质量的教师队伍做保证。本文叙述了高职院校化工专业师资队伍建设的目标和思路,并提出了建设高职院校化工专业教师队伍的有效途径。

Higher vocational teachers are the key factors to ensure the teaching quality.In order to cultivate a large number of high-quality and high-skilled chemical personnel,we should build a high-quality teachers team as a guarantee[1].This paper describes the target and thought for the construction of chemical engineering teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the effective ways to build the teaching staff of chemical engineering major in higher vocational colleges.
