摘要
UPS是电子产品中最常用的电源设备之一,为电子设备提供不间断的电源供给,降低了因断电引起的系统瘫痪风险^([1])。由于市面上的UPS体积庞大,不适合在灵活空间里放置,因而限制了它的应用领域。文章通过对UPS系统电源切换电路的改造,设计了一款基于HY8204的低成本不间断电源控制系统(LCUPCS)。该系统体积小,成本低,在昆山信德佳电气科技有限公司的智能工器具管理系统中取得了良好的使用效果。
UPS is one of the most commonly used power supplies in electronic products.It provides uninterrupted power supply for electronic equipment,to reduce the system paralysis risk caused by power failure.Because of the huge volume of UPS in the market,it is not suitable to be placed in flexible space,which limits its application field.In this paper,by reconstructing the power supply switching circuit of UPS system,a low cost uninterruptible power supply control system(LCUPCS)based on HY8204is designed.This system is small volume and low cost,a good effect is obtained in the intelligent equipment management system of Kunshan Thinggood Electrical Technology Co.Ltd.
