摘要
在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,医学生的培养迎来了新的挑战与机遇,以何种理念、何种模式去培养高素质医学人才,成为当前医学教育的一个重要的研究热点。化学是医学生的重要基础课程,以双创为导向的"理念引领、课程建设、项目实践、师资培训、科学考评"五步教学法不仅有助于医学生化学操作技能的提升,还可为临床操作技能的培养质量和效果的提高奠定坚实的基础。
In the background of public business and innovation,new challenges and opportunities usher in the training of medical students.To use which concept and mode to cultivate high-quality medical talents have become an important research hotspot in medical education.Chemistry is an important basic course for medical students.With double entrepreneurship,five steps teaching method including curriculum construction,project practice,teacher training,scientific evaluation not only helps medical to improve students'chemical operation skills,training quality and effect,but also lay a solid foundation in improving their clinical skills.
