浅谈“长尾理论”下互联网时代的思想政治工作——以广东工贸职业技术学院辅导员工作为例

Talking about Ideological and Political Work with "The Long Tail" in the Period of Internet Plus—With Reference to the Counselor's Work in Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Commerce as an Example

笔者于广东工贸职业技术学院从事辅导员工作已然五年有余,除了感慨万千还有一些碎片的思考,如今将自己做过的工作部分整理,结合"长尾理论",从思政工作新时期改革两个方面进行阐述,讲出笔者对新时期工作的一些浅显的理解,并提出新时期思想政治工作通过"思想放开—做法细化—总结反思"的路径进行升华和优化。

I have been working for more than5years in Guangdong polytechnic of industry and commerce.In addition to emotional thoughts and some pieces of thinking,now I sorting them out and combined with the"The long tail",talk about what I thought from the perspective of ideological and political education in the reform period.At last work out Ideological and political work in the new period is put forward by"thinking let go-refining-summarizing"the path of sublimation and optimization.
