为充分发扬共产党员"传帮带"的优良传统和先锋模范作用,机电工程学院党委学生支部以党建促就业,在扩大党员参与面、提高时效性上下功夫,为毕业生顺利就业、优质就业提供可靠保证。通过以学生党员为核心,保障班级就业工作顺利开展;建立校友会临时党支部,推动学院优质就业;回访优秀校友,建立就业实习基地,拓宽就业渠道等途径,增强组织创造力、凝聚力、战斗力,引导学生树立正确的就业观念,为毕业生提供准确就业信息,极大提高优质就业率。

In order to fully develop the excellent tradition and exemplary role of"passing and passing on the experience"of the communist Party members,the student Party branches of the Party Committee of the college of electrical and mechanical engineering shall promote employment by Party construction,and work hard to expand the Party members'participation and improve the timeliness,so as to provide reliable guarantee for the smooth employment and high quality employment of graduates.Through the core of student P arty members,guarantee the smooth development of class employment;Establish the temporary Party branch of the alumni association to promote the high quality employment of the college;Visit outstanding alumni,establish employment practice base,expand the channels of employment,enhance organizational creativity,cohesion,combat effectiveness,guide students to establish correct employment concept,provide accurate employment information for graduates,and greatly improve the high quality employment rate.
