新形势下的中医药院校大学生榜样人物的选取——以陕西中医药大学为例

To Select a Sample in the Model Education for Undergraduate Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the New Situation——Taking Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine as a Sample

在新的国家中医药政策下,中医药院校学生的榜样选择关系到学生是否能够成为一名合格的医师或药师。论文结合当前中医药院校榜样教育存在问题,提出榜样人物的选取要具有中医药特色如国医大师,其宣传要多角度多层次和选取路径要有学生的参与,从而更好地适应中医药院校的榜样教育。

Under the new policy of Chinese medicine,the selection of a sample in the model education for undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine can affect that if the students become a qualified doctor or pharmacist.Combination with the current problems,there are three effective suggestions comprising the role model possessing characteristics of Chinese medicine such as national medical master,strengthening propaganda in multi angle and allowing students to enter the selection process.
