本文分析了食用菌栽培学理论与实验教学中存在问题,在总结兄弟院校教改的基础上,根据课程特点,从教学内容、教学方式、实验教学、考核方式等方面进行了教学改革的探索与实践,初步实现了理论与实践教学相互促进,提高了教学效果。

This paper analyzed the problems in the theory and experiment teaching of edible fungi cultivation.Based on the summarize of the teaching reform of the brothers'colleges and universities and according to the characteristics of this curriculum,we performed exploration and practice of Teaching Reform from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching approach,experimental teaching,and evaluation mode,initially realized the mutual promotion between theory and practice teaching,improved the teaching effect.
