摘要
传统《食品酶学》教学中,"填鸭式"教学模式简单枯燥,教学质量无法提高。翻转课堂是传统课堂学习模式的重要补充和扩展。本文以《食品酶学》作为翻转课堂实践,探讨翻转课堂模式的设计,为酶学的教学改革提供参考。
The traditional cramming methods of food enzyme restrict the improvement of teaching quality.The flipped classroom is an important complement and expansion of the traditional classroom learning model.This paper demonstrates the application research of flipped classroom model in food enzyme course,and discusses the instructional design of flipped classroom.It also provides theoretical reference for the teaching reformfor food enzyme.
