摘要
教学和科研是高校的两大主要职能,随着我国对科研投入的增加和高等教育规模的扩大,如何正确处理教学和科研之间的关系成为目前高教界关注的重要命题。本文从教学和科研的辩证关系出发,从高校、教师和学生三个层面探讨了高校教学与科研协调发展与良性互动关系的构建问题,为高校管理者和教师提供借鉴,对我国高等教育健康快速发展也具有一定的意义。
The teaching and scientific research(TASR)is the two main functions of colleges and universities(CAU).With more investments in scientific research from government and the expansion of higher education,how to correctly deal with the relationship between the TASR,has become one of the most important propositions.Based on the dialectical relationship between the TASR,this paper discusses problem in their coordinated development and benign interaction from three respects of CAU,teachers and students,which will provide reference for managers and teachers in CAU,also has a certain significance to promote the development in our country's higher education.
