摘要
"材料加工先进技术"是上海理工大学面向材料科学与工程、材料工程等硕士研究生专业开设的一门翻转课堂建设课程。课程重点介绍国内外近十年来材料加工先进技术的最新科研进展、发展趋势和企业实际应用,突出关注材料特性、加工原理与先进工艺技术相结合所带来的创新及技术进步。课程包括金属成形、塑料成型、复合材料成型、快速原型(三维打印)及微纳加工等五大部分内容。课程创作了全套翻转课堂教学视频,编写了配套的案例教材,制作了全套的教学课件,建设了完整的教学网站。形成了课堂教学、课堂讨论、课后翻转课堂自学、案例实践操作等完整的翻转课程教学体系,获得了良好的教学效果,使学生系统掌握材料加工先进技术领域的专门知识,培养学生研究开发和综合应用材料加工先进技术的初步能力。
"Advanced Materials Processing Technology"is a flipped classroom course aimed at post-graduate programs such as materials science and engineering,materials engineering of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.Not only the newest research progress,developments,but also practical application in enterprises of advanced materials processing technology are introduced in the course.Materials characteristics,forming principle and advanced processing technology,corresponding innovation and technical progress are also focused in the program.Five main parts,namely,metal forming,plastics forming,composites forming,rapid prototyping(3D printing)and micro-nano manufacturing,are deeply discussed through the whole teach and study.A whole set flipped classroom teach video is created for flipped teach,and a case-based teaching textbook is written and under publishing.A teach website is built which includes all kinds of teach materials and resources.With above mentioned construction,a complete teach and study cycle which contains class teach,class discussion,after class flipped teach and case-based practical training is formed,and excellent teaching result is achieved.After the training of the course,post-graduates mastered technical know-how,and accomplished basic research,developing and application capability on advanced materials processing technology.
