摘要
以"人"为本,将直觉体验与讨论式的教学结合,设计一套教学激励模式,并将其运用在"精益生产"教学中,激发学生的互动学习积极性,促进教师不断提高教学质量与水平。
Combing intuition experience and discussion-based teaching,we design a set of people-oriented teaching incentive mode,and apply it into the teaching of"lean production".The aimis to stimulate students'enthusiasm of interactive learning and promote teachers to improve teaching quality and level.
