依托安全文化建设的高校电类实验室安全管理对策

Safety Management Countermeasures of Electrical Laboratories in Colleges and Universities Relying on the Construction of Safety Culture

以高校电类实验室为研究对象,对电类实验室多发事故类型进行分析,找出高校电类实验室普遍存在的问题,从安全文化建设的角度提出了营造安全环境文化、培育安全意识文化、培养安全行为文化、建立安全制度文化四方面文化建设内容,以提高实验室安全管理成效,为实践教学和人才培养营造一个安全可靠的实验环境。

Taking the electrical laboratories in colleges as a research object,this paper analyzes the types of the accidents which are frequently occured and points out the universal problems there.From the perspective of safety culture building,we propose four aspects of cultural construction including creating a safety environment culture,cultivating a safety awareness culture,developing a safety behavior culture,and establishing a safety institution culture.Such a work can be used to improve the effectiveness of the safety management in the laboratories,and therefore to build a safe and reliable experimental environment for practice teaching and personnel training.
