新修订的高校图书馆规程是指导图书馆改革、发展和评估评价的纲领性文件。本文解读了新规程对高校图书馆队伍建设的新要求,分析了高校图书馆队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,从更新观念、提高重要性认识,统筹规划、建立健全人才引进培养机制和创新管理、健全完善内部用人考核制度等方面提出了对策和建议。

The revision of rules and regulation on libraries in institutions of higher education is a guiding document for the reform and development of academic libraries.This articleinterprets the new demands to the team building of academic libraries from the revision.It analyses the problems in the team building of academic libraries,and proposes some measures to deal with them from the aspects of renewing the ideals about the academic libraries,establishing mechanisms for the talents bringing in and training,and perfecting systems of the performance evaluation and employment.
