高校治理中社会参与的困境及对策分析

The Difficulty of Social Participation in College Governance and the Analysis of Countermeasures

在高校治理中强调社会参与,既符合高等教育改革下高校的发展需要,也是构建高校、社会、政府三者新型关系的有效途径。本文通过分析高校治理中社会参与的现状及困境,进一步探究困境产生的原因,论述了高校治理中社会参与的必要性,提出了解决社会参与困境的对策。

The emphasis on social participation in university governance,namely conforms to the development needs,under the higher education reform in colleges and universities is also building new relations between colleges and universities,society and government.In this paper,through the analysis of present situation and dilemma of social participation in university governance,to further explore the reasons of the difficulties,this paper expounds the necessity of social participation in university governance,puts forward the measures to solve the dilemma of social involvement.
