红色文化是中国共产党领导人民创造的以中国化马克思主义为核心的先进文化,而其中的小井红军医院文化是我国现代医学德育的精神源头,是现代医学教育工作者进行革命传统教育的有效途径。目前由于受市场因素的影响,导致医学生理想信念的下滑,因此,需要一种新的医学教育模式,指引医学生树立正确的人生观和价值观。而作为高等院校来说,我们不仅要让医学生学习专业技术知识,还应该从根本上让医学生发自肺腑地以医学职业道德作为自己在未来医疗实践工作的标准,自觉地坚持医德原则,树立医生职业救死扶伤感和服务社会的责任感。

Red culture is the the advanced culture created by the communist Party of China which cored the sinicization of marxism,and the xiaojing red army hospital culture is the spiritual source of modern medical moral education in our country,and is the effective means of revolutionary tradition education for the modern medical education workers,due to the effect of market factor at presents,lead to the decline in the medical students'belief,ideal and faith,and need a new medical education mode,to guide medical students to establish correct outlook on life and values.As the medical institutions,medical students not only learn professional knowledge,but also to let them measured by health ethics as response to future medical practice work fundamentally,conscientiously adhere to the principle of medical ethics,set up the professional doctor to heal the wounded and rescue the dying and serve the society sense of responsibility.
