摘要
工程造价贯穿于项目全寿命周期。BIM技术的应用,可使参与方在不同阶段在共同的模型中实现协同作业,更有利于工程造价的控制。本文基于课程特点及执业特点,在工程造价教学中植入BIM技术,使学生掌握工程造价管理的正确方法,以能力为本位,提高技能,增强社会竞争能力。
The construction cost runs through the whole project.The application of BIM technology enables the participants to achieve co-operation in the common model at different stages,which is more conducive to the control of construction cost.Based on the characteristics of the course and the characteristics of the practice,BIM technology is applied in the construction cost teaching,so that students can master the correct method of construction cost management,to cultivate the students'ability,improve the skills and enhance the social competition ability.
