摘要
人文素质的培养是住院医师培训阶段的非常重要的内容,对于培养优秀的临床医生起到至关重要的作用。在现阶段超声科住院医师规范化培训的教学活动中,人文素养的重视程度并不乐观,只有通过理论联系实际、提高师资素养、言传身教等方式,才能有效提高超声医学住院医师学员的人文素养。
The cultivation of humanistic quality is a very important part in residency training.In the present stage of ultrasonic resident standardization training,the humanities value is not optimistic.Through the theory with practice,improving teachers'humanities,can cultivate students'accomplishment.
