摘要
专业信息化改造是食品质量与安全专业的发展趋势,符合国家发展规划。本文结合滁州学院办学定位,阐述了食品质量与安全专业信息化改造的必要性和迫切性,为培养具有实践能力和创新精神的高素质人才奠定基础。
The future development trend of specialty subject of food safety and quality is information reconstruction that is consistent with the development plan of China.In this paper,the necessity and importance of information reconstruction on specialty subject of food safety and quality is discussed,coupled with the school-running orientation of Chuzhou university.This study will provide a novel method to train practical ability and innovative spirit for student.
