高职院校优秀班级建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Excellent Class Construction of the Higher Vocational College

高职院校承担着为社会培养高素质技能型人才的重任,班级建设是学校学生管理的基础,因此高职院校的优秀班级建设在学生成长成才培养方面至关重要。笔者作为高职院校的一名班主任,结合自己带班的切身体会,从如何营造和谐的师生关系、树立班级精神、党团思想建设、学风建设、班级管理制度这七方面进行阐述,对高职院校优秀班级建设的心得体会进行了总结。

Training high-quality skilled personnel for society is an important duty of the higher vocational college.Class construction is the foundation of school student management,therefore,the construction of excellent class in higher vocational colleges is very important to the students'growth and success.As a class teacher in higher vocational colleges,the author combines his own work to expound the experience of excellent class construction in higher vocational colleges.The main contents include how to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship,establish the spirit of class,ideological construction,the style of study and the class management system.
