Research on the School-Enterprise Cooperative Training Mode of the Electrical EE Major International Students Serving the One Belt and One Road Strategy

一带一路是我国进一步提高对外开放水平的重大举措。本文首先描述一带一路背景下的来华留学生教育,接着论述了人才培养模式的内涵,然后重点从培养目标、实践课程设置与教学方式、师资管理三个方面论述电气工程专业留学生培养如何实现校企协同,最后分析了留学生校企协同培养模式的优势。校企协同的人才培养模式将有助于提高来华留学生培养质量。

One Belt and One Road is our country's great measures for further opening to the outside world.In this paper,firstly international student education is described under the background of One Belt and One Road.Secondly the content of talent training mode is discussed.Thirdly methods of realizing school-enterprise cooperation from three aspects:training objective,Practice curriculumsetting and teaching method,teacher management.Finally the advantages of the cooperative training model of international students are analyzed.School-Enterprise Cooperative training mode will improve training quality of international students.
