独立学院是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,自产生以来一直是我国高等教育的重要补充。教育部明确指出独立学院的培养目标是"培养具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才",培养学生实践能力是完成其培养目标的重要内容,对独立学院的转型发展具有深远意义。本文将从财务管理专业出发,从现实中找出独立学院培养学生实践能力存在的问题并进行分析,并对其现状提出相应建议。

The independent college is an important part of higher education in our country,since has been an important supplement of higher education in our country.The Ministry of education clearly pointed out that the training goal of the independent college is to cultivate applied talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,to cultivate students'practical ability is an important content to complete the training objectives.The transformation is of far-reaching significance to the development of independent colleges.This paper from the perspective of financial management specialty,from reality to find out the independent college to cultivate students'practical ability of the existing problems and the analysis,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the status quo.
